Details:
Art of Spiritual Care sessions (120 minutes each) constitute the heart of our work together. Designed for your unique needs, these sessions address physical and emotional imbalances to release blockages and align mind-body-heart. Sessions typically include spiritual coaching; mindfulness practices; somatic release techniques; and therapeutic yoga tools such as mudra, mantra, meditation, asana, guided imagery, and deep relaxation. Sessions incorporate journaling exercises and include time to process and debrief together.
The mindful journey experience builds on the foundation of art of spiritual care sessions. This exploration facilitates connection with Higher Self, Purpose, and Power through intentional spiritual practices, breath-work techniques, and personal reflection.
